Painted diamond pattern for a Scottsdale home
This diamond pattern painted in four colors was produced over 3 days. Combining squares/diamonds and dashed lines to create an Argyle-like design across a feature wall in a child’s bedroom. Once the room had been repainted, I measured out the basic square/diamond design. I then tape-caulked the different colored diamonds. Using the base coat to form the lightest, I first added the medium grey/blue and then the darker, bright blue, allowing each diamond color to dry overnight. I finished by tape-caulking and painting the dashes in a dark blue.
